Code of Ethics and Rules of Professional Conduct

Integrity - AMRS staff shall observe high standards of honesty and integrity in all manner of dealings with clients and services.

Objectivity - AMRS staff shall disclose to the client any limitation or conflict of interest prior to acceptance of any contract.

Competence - AMRS staff shall provide competent marketing and marketing research services and shall maintain necessary knowledge and skills to do so in all areas where we are engaged.

Fairness - AMRS staff shall provide services in a manner that is both fair and reasonable.

Confidentiality - AMRS staff shall not disclose any confidential information without specific consent of the provider of that information (unless compelled by law to fulfil our legal obligations).

Compliance - AMRS staff shall ensure that our conduct complies with the articles of association with the Australian Marketing Research Society and the Australian Marketing Institute.
