Ebanc Trade

Following the decline of several barter trade exchanges in Australia, a new barter trade exchange was started in the ACT. To head-start the new exchange in the ACT, Consultancy was invited to develop a business plan for their first year of operation.

The business plan serves as a working guide for the Client in its operations and lay the groundwork for the business to run efficiently. As such, Consultancy conducted secondary research to better understand the market situation and to identify the market potential for the Client.

These findings provide the basis for the business and marketing plans for the Client and were incorporated into the business plan.
