Individual Franchise Store

A local store of a major franchise chain throughout Australia requested a market research analysis be conducted in order to determine why the business was continuing to decline. Requests were also made in order to determine whether the expansion into another potential market segment would be viable.

The market analysis determined problem areas that needed to be improved. These were corrected and, with more effective application of marketing techniques, their business increased within the first few weeks. The utilisation of market research techniques was effective in gaining more business and also obtaining a high response rate in regards to business growth. The market research clarified that expansion of the business venture was non-profitable and therefore saved the owner a great deal of money.
