Marketing Planning Course for individuals

Conducting a tailored course for a owner or manager to enable them to learn how to develop a comprehensive Marketing Plan to rebrand position and differentiate the business in the market place and therefore better meet the business needs in a competitive market place.

Stage 1 - Introductory discussion and allocation of pre-course preparation assignments to get a better orientation of applying the course to thir specific business.

Stage 2 - Conduct a one day workshop on the structure and required aspects of the Marketing Plan.  Allocate followup assignments requiring detail to be completed.

The course participants develop:-
