Surveys and Focus Groups

Telephone Surveys
AMRS periodically conducts representative sample surveys of approx 300 households in the ACT on various topics/issues. AMRS can utilise these "Omnibus Surveys" to add some questions to suit client needs.

We also run Local, National and International ad-hoc surveys to meet specific client needs such as customer satisfaction surveys, opinion surveys, brand research, niche market research, (target) market segmentation research, etc.

Our fees start from low cost simple surveys to more expensive large scale sample surveys with complex questionnaires. We provide significant discounts for recurring business and/or large surveys.

Field Surveys
AMRS also conducts various forms of face to face field surveys including interviews at shopping centres, tourist attractions, business centres, regional areas as well as the standard "man in the street" surveys, etc. We can even do professionally videoed "VoxPop" street interviews.

Focus Groups
AMRS also conducts focus groups for clients. We can even do professionally recorded videos of focus group discussions etc with consent from focus group participants.
